Guest Speakers: Karbon Brewing Company

Stephen Tyson (CEO) - "Tyson" worked in sports events and stadiums, before transitioning to Hospitality Management. Running some of the biggest bars & venues in Toronto, Tyson has been working in operations and consulting capacities for much of the last decade. With a passion for sustainability and making an impact, he founded Karbon Brewing.

Bernardo Zamora (CTO) - Brewmaster - Bernardo has brewed on three different continents, originally from Venezuela, and eventually moving to Toronto. He is a chemical engineer with a Master in brewing and beverage technology from Germany, and has over 14 years of experience in the brewing industry. Formerly Head Brewer at Mill Street, his passion for sustainability and tech has brought him to the Karbon team.
