It's not all about enforcement

The Sergeant-at-Arms is the President's right hand man, setting out the agenda for the weekly luncheon meeting. The Sargent At Arms is more than just a "Rotarian With A Badge". His job is to set up the meeting place and organize all of the people who have other jobs to do on that given day.
